Du recherchierst systematisch, erkennst passende Profile auf den ersten Blick und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Recruiter mit den richtigen Namen und Daten arbeiten können. Kein Chaos, keine vagen Hinweise, sondern saubere Arbeit mit klaren Kriterien.

Deine Mission bei TOPEOPLE
Dein künftiges Spezialgebiet:
- Du recherchierst passende Kandidaten in unserer internen Datenbank, auf Xing und LinkedIn sowie weiteren Plattformen
- Du leitest passende Kontakte an unsere Recruiter weiter, die Qualifikationsgespräche und Telefonate übernehmen sie
- Du pflegst alle Kandidatendaten sauber im CRM und baust Talentpools für wiederkehrende Rollen auf (z. B. Poliere, Bauleiter, Oberbauüberwacher)
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Recruitern zusammen: saubere Übergabe spannender Profile, Rückmeldung zu dem, was im Markt funktioniert
Du passt zu uns, wenn:
- Du strukturiert am PC arbeitest und dich gerne in Profile und Lebensläufe reinfuchst
- Du gerne schriftlich kommunizierst und Nachrichten klar und ansprechend formulierst
- Du Muster erkennst: Welche Kandidaten passen zu welchem Job, und warum
- Du mit klaren Vorgaben (Profil, Kriterien, Checklisten) gut umgehen kannst
- Du bereits erste Erfahrung im Recruiting, Research, Kundenservice oder Vertrieb mitbringst
