Du bist kein Callcenter; du bist Berater und Entscheider-Führer. Als Closer bei der TOPEOPLE GROUP übernimmst du qualifizierte Leads, verstehst die echten Engpässe deiner Gesprächspartner und positionierst unser Angebot so, dass Geschäftsführer und Bereichsleiter aus der Baubranche eine klare Entscheidung treffen. Du kennst deine Zahlen, willst an ihnen gemessen werden – und verdienst entsprechend.
Dein künftiges Spezialgebiet:
- Du führst qualifizierte Erstgespräche und Tiefen-Calls mit Entscheidern aus Bau und Baunah - Geschäftsführer, Bereichsleiter, HR-Verantwortliche
- Du analysierst die Ist-Situation: offene Rollen, Projektstaus, bisherige Recruiting-Versuche, und baust ein klares „Pain → Lösung → Plan"-Bild auf
- Du stellst unser Angebot vor, behandelst Einwände zu Preis, Timing und Wettbewerb und führst zu klaren Ja/Nein-Entscheidungen
- Du gibst Settern Feedback zur Lead-Qualität und übergibst geschlossene Kunden sauber an Delivery.
- Du pflegst Pipeline, Stages und Aktivitäten vollständig im CRM
Du passt zu uns, wenn:
- Du bereits Top-Performer im B2B-Vertrieb oder im Closing von hochpreisigen Dienstleistungen bist
- Du Erfahrung mit beratungsintensiven Sales-Cycles hast – nicht nur mit Kurzimpulsen
- Du sicher auf Augenhöhe mit Geschäftsführern argumentierst
- Du zahlengetrieben bist und deine Quoten kennst und liebst
- Erfahrung im Recruiting-, HR- oder Mittelstands-/Bau-Umfeld ein Bonus ist
