Deine Mission bei TOPEOPLE
Du bist der erste Kontakt für neue Kunden bei TOPEOPLE GROUP. Als Setter machst du Entscheider im Bau- und baunahen Umfeld auf uns aufmerksam, qualifizierst sie vor und buchst qualifizierte Termine für unsere Closer und Geschäftsführung. Ohne dich keine vollen Kalender, keine neuen Kunden, kein Umsatz und genau das macht diese Rolle so entscheidend.
Dein künftiges Spezialgebiet:
- Du betreibst tägliche Outbound-Akquise per Telefon (Schwerpunkt) sowie E-Mail und LinkedIn bei Zielkunden im Bau- und baunahen Bereich
- Du klärst den Bedarf grob ab: offene Stellen, Recruiting-Situation, Dringlichkeit und qualifizierst nach klaren Kriterien (ICP-Check, Budget, Timeline)
- Du buchst qualifizierte Erstgespräche für unsere Closer und Geschäftsführung und trägst sie sauber ein
- Du pflegst alle Aktivitäten und Gesprächsnotizen im CRM und betreibst konsequentes Follow-up bei warmen Kontakten
Du passt zu uns, wenn:
- Du bereits Erfahrung im Telefonvertrieb, Telesales, SDR oder BDR hast
- „Nein" dich eher anspornt als aufhält
- Du schnell auf den Punkt kommst, gerne mit Menschen sprichst und nicht konfliktscheu bist
- Du diszipliniert mit Callzahlen, KPIs und Tageszielen arbeitest
- Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb an KMU oder im Bau-/Handwerksumfeld ein Bonus ist
