Deine Mission bei TOPEOPLE
Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Kandidat und Kunde. Als (Junior) Account Manager* bei TOPEOPLE GROUP sorgst du dafür, dass Recruiting-Prozesse nicht ins Stocken geraten, du bereitest Kandidaten auf Interviews vor, begleitest Kundengespräche und hältst alle Fäden im CRM zusammen. Kurz: Du verwandelst gute Profile in echte Einstellungen.
Dein künftiges Spezialgebiet:
- Du bereitest Kandidaten strukturiert auf Interviews vor: Rolle, Unternehmen, mögliche Fragen, Stolperfallen – alles dabei
- Du begleitest Kundeninterviews aktiv, machst Live-Notizen und sorgst für einen professionellen Einstieg und Abschluss
- Du führst Debrief-Gespräche mit Kandidaten und Kunden nach jedem CI und holst ehrliches Feedback ein
- Du pflegst alle Pflichtfelder im CRM nach jedem Gespräch vollständig nach: Interesse-Score, Gehaltsstand, Dealbreaker, Next Steps, Deadlines
- Du forderst beim Kunden aktiv Rückmeldungen und Entscheidungsfristen ein
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Recruiting-Team, erfahrenen Account Managern und der Geschäftsführung zusammen
Du passt zu uns, wenn:
- Du erste Erfahrung im direkten Kunden- oder Kandidatenkontakt hast - ob Vertrieb, Recruiting, Kundenservice oder Ähnliches
- Du extrem zuverlässig bist und bei mehreren parallelen Vorgängen den Überblick behältst
- Du klare Strukturen magst, aber am Telefon auch verbindlich werden kannst
- Du wachsen willst: fachlich und persönlich und keinen reinen Verwaltungsjob suchst
- Du fließend Deutsch sprichst und schreibst
- Bezug zur Bau- oder baunahen Branche ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
