Deine Mission bei TOPEOPLE
Du bist der Motor im Kandidatenprozess. Als (Junior) Recruiter* bei TOPEOPLE GROUP führst du erste Qualifikationsgespräche, bereitest Kandidaten auf Kundeninterviews vor und sorgst dafür, dass niemand verloren geht – weder in der Datenbank noch im Prozess. Du arbeitest eng mit Sourcern, Headhuntern und Account Managern zusammen und lernst dabei, wie professionelles Recruiting im Hochleistungsumfeld Bau funktioniert.
Dein künftiges Spezialgebiet:
- Du übernimmst Kandidaten aus der Sourcer-Recherche und führst Erst- und Qualifikationsgespräche: Werdegang, Skills, Rahmenbedingungen, Wechselmotivation
- Du bereitest Kandidaten gezielt auf Kundeninterviews vor: Rolle, Unternehmen, Ablauf – damit sie sicher reingehen
- Du hältst den Kontakt nach Gesprächen konsequent nach: Wie war das Interview? Was braucht es noch?
- Du pflegst alle Kandidatendaten vollständig im CRM und stimmst dich eng mit Account Managern ab, welche Profile in welche Mandate passen
Du passt zu uns, wenn:
- Du erste Erfahrung im Recruiting, HR, Kundenservice oder Vertrieb hast – oder bewusst in den Recruiting-Bereich einsteigen möchtest
- Du gerne telefonierst und wirklich zuhören kannst
- Du strukturiert arbeitest, Checklisten magst und bei mehreren Kandidaten gleichzeitig den Überblick behältst
- Du Lust hast, in einem performanten Umfeld mit klaren KPIs und echter Entwicklungsperspektive zu wachsen
